Welcome
The Pay-for-Performance (PfP) Incentive Payments Program is one of the Trump Administration's national initiatives to grow Registered Apprenticeships toward the goal of reaching and surpassing one million active apprentices.
Under a pay-for-performance model, Registered Apprenticeship Sponsors can receive direct payments of up to $6,000 per apprentice to support the hiring and retention of new apprentices, reduce barriers for employers, and help train Americans for in-demand careers across priority industries nationwide.
Administered by Clark University, the Information Technology Apprenticeship Incentive Fund supports the expansion of Registered Apprenticeship opportunities in approved Information Technology (IT) occupations through performance-based incentive payments to eligible Sponsors.
The Information Technology Apprenticeship Incentive Fund is 100 percent funded by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration through a cooperative agreement totaling $27,000,000.
This application is the first step in determining eligibility for participation in the program. During the application process, you will be asked to provide information about your Registered Apprenticeship Program (RA program), eligible IT occupation(s), organizational contacts, and supporting documentation necessary to verify eligibility requirements.
